1.) Personal devices & other goods left for inspection and/or repair remain the property of Techrevive until all outstanding monies are received in full.
2.) I understand that my device is covered under warranty for a fault that may arise directly related to the repair itself. Excluding all physical damage by myself or others that may occur after the repair.
3.) I agree to pay a Minimum Repair Handling Fee of $45.00 inc GST for an initial inspection before the repair is quoted on. If I choose not to proceed I will forfeit the $45.00 I have already paid.
4.) Any further faults identified by our technicians but not described at the time of check-in will attract additional repair costs and will require your approval before such work will be carried out.
5.) Please be aware that liquid damage causes corrosion to the main board of your device.
We will try our utmost to remove all corrosion but cannot guarantee the fault or another fault may arise. This is due to the extent of damage that liquid can cause.
6.) I understand the time frame given to me is a guideline. Unforeseen circumstances may affect the amount of time to complete a repair. Should there be a problem with the repair, techrevive will contact me to give an updated time frame.
7.) Tech revive will make all reasonable attempts to contact the device owner following device repair completion, however, devices with outstanding payments due that are left at tech revive for more than 30 days from repair completion will be deemed to be the property of tech revive.
Physical damage to your device after repair(s) have been completed are not covered under warranty by Techrevive
